ROLE:

The key responsibility of the job is to conceptualize creative strategies and pro-actively provide ideas and basically act as a strategic partner to the business. You will be required to work closely with other teams such as Editorial, Marketing, Product, Audio, etc. to identify target audiences and develop various topical, content or product related ad campaigns. This position will report to Senior Account Manager – Ad Platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish KPIs, track performance/success, measure and analyze campaigns performance.  Assess campaign effectiveness by product, ad property, source, target audience, etc.
  • Brainstorm new and creative ad strategies, and execute on those strategies in conjunction with other team members and partners
  • Conduct brand research and provide analysis and reporting as necessary, to ensure actionable insights
  • Innovate/update on existing sales support material
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries ensuring timely resolution and follow-up

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, Mass Media or Media Communications; or equivalent in work experience
  • Deep understanding of how agencies plan, buy, and measure performance of Digital, TV, Radio and Programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills and abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Excellent communications skills including ability to communicate clearly, professionally, both verbally and written, and at a level suitable for a variety of audiences
  • Excellent listening skills, inquisitive, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach
